Our donkeys are tranquil and placid animals with surprising energy and stamina. They are well trained and used to being ridden and handled by children and adults alike.
They come fully equipped with a comfortable leather saddle, reins, bridle and bit and small panniers to carry a few bits. On the first day you have time to get to know your donkey and are shown how to put on and take off the saddle and the basic instructions needed, in Spanish of course! A field or barn is arranged for the donkey to spend each night while you are at a nearby comfortable hotel.
